Back in Feb I had blood work. There was no issues with my glucose noted. Only that my thyroid is taking a poop. Now it’s May I am about 30lbs lighter. I had to have more blood work done and my sugars are now abnormal....I’ve cut so much been working the 16/8 fasting and I feel like what’s the point! :(

Give it time, keep doing what you're doing. Our bodies are resilient but they do take awhile to adjust. Weight loss is a shock to the system, but the negatives are usually temporary
