Well I was 5lbs away from my goal weight. A weight I haven’t seen in 19yrs. I still don’t see it coming off as much as I want to see. But I know it is because of my clothes sizes keep dropping.
I say WAS because apparently my doctor wants me to go down another 10 on top of my goal weight. 🙄 Apparently this being only 4’10 I need to be smaller. Just wish my skin would go back. 3 babies with c-sections wasn’t very kind. Add in the fact that I seem to have diastasis recti making any core exercise more difficult:/
