Went to the gym again today. This is my 3rd day in a row. It would be awesome if I could go 5 or 6 times a week, but I'm worried that if I go too much I'll get bored and sick of it...
I am feeling leaner, though, which is an awesome motivator.

My BMI is now one point lower... from 28 to 27... slowly but surely I will back to normal.

Dying for chocolate right now! Trying to keep my mind off it. I don't have any in my kitchen, but there's a corner store a block away... argh...

I've been away for about 6 days, housesitting for my parents. I have been checking in but not much as in the previous weeks. I still maintained a pretty good eating pattern, though less exercise. Went to the gym yesterday and today. In all of my previous gym scale experiences, the scale at the gym always added on more pounds. However, (I've just joined this gym) I tried their scale today, before working out and I'm actually 3.6 lbs lighter than what my home scale send 30 minutes before. So I'm thinking that there's something wrong with my scale. The gym has one of those expensive scales and it was on zero before I got on... So I'm going with the gym scale weight!
I guess I can celebrate being lighter than I thought I was! Just goes to show that we shouldn't put too much emphasis on what the scale says!

Still keeping things up even though I haven't had time to fill in my food and exercise journal. The weekend was really crazy. Staying away from home for a few days. Will weigh in when I get back. Joined a gym last night and so I'm really looking forward to burning a big pile of extra pounds!
