I weighed in and was still 165. I have to be at 160 by 6/16/14. Just a personal goal. I have done it before and I can do it again.

I will continue to do what works for me, which is controlling hat I eat and exercising, drinking plenty of fluids and minimizing carbs.

I finally broke the plateau. Gotta keep moving. Broccoli and other water bearing veggies is the key. Plenty of water and fluids.
