so I'm here.. for some support and for better motivation.. My body said last month - enough!Lately I felt not good,every day problems with digestion even I stopped to eat lactose, I was swollen and big, I was all the time hungry and angry.. I ate a lot of goodies to feel better and calm..
And now I start my challenge ..two weeks ago I cut flour and sugar from my diet.. after that step I just right away felt better: lost 5 lb during first week, I'm not so swollen right now.. but this is not enough.. probably I have IBS so I think low FODMAP diet will be the best for me.. I'm going to try it..
