I'm 18, starting college in the Spring to study Pharmacy. I've always been a heavy girl, from birth. It's what I'm used to, but I'm tired of being invisible, plus diabetes & breast cancer run rampant in my family. Both of which are more likely to be problems the heavier you are. So, I'm going to get down to a healthy weight for my health and for my happiness.
I don't own a scale (yet), so I won't be keeping track with my weight lost, but my measurements because I DO have measuring tape!
My start measurements read 44C-47-58. It sounds SO huge, but after looking up clothing sizes, their projected measurements are way off, so I feel a smidge better.
So... my reasonably short term goal: to fit into a US size 16W pair of jeans. (currently 22/24W)
Hopefully, the inches will start to fall off once I get well into this plan. Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it...
