How about this one: It's CHOICE not CHANCE that determines our destiny. Basically: we are responsible for our own actions and if you binge, you better be ready accept the consequences - WEIGHT GAIN!

Newbie Question!
Hi all - I'm new to fatsecret.com but not new to Bob Greene's principles.
My question is this: My "RDI" on fatsecret is really high in my opinion - to lose weight "moderately," my RDI is 2200 cals. I weigh 220lbs and am a 30something female. It seems really high to me?
Anyone have any thoughts?
