I went to Aldi’s and they had sweet potatoes, beside the mini peppers I always get there and tomatoes on the vine. I love all the fruit and veg!I got $60 just in fruit and vegetables!
So thankful to be well enough to go shopping!!
I still forgot a few items but just to go out and see our favorite people. It was so uplifting for me. Like I am coming back to life!!

Worried about Thanksgiving??
Well, my birthday is so near Thanksgiving, it’s often on Thanksgiving!! So I get the double whammy!!
I decided I am either going to make a dump cake or a cobbler (fruit lover here!!),but using AS, and lite fruit fillings instead of sugar. I haven’t had real sugar in over 30 years. I had a taste in hospital and I got so nauseous. Let’s just say it wasn’t a happy half hour!!
I wonder if I can mix flaxseed with flour? I have Almond and coconut flour in my house. I like whole wheat flour so almond meal works really good for me.
What are you guys making??

This past week just had terrible sick headaches.
Every single morning when I wake up. Why the head is attached to the tummy I don’t know, but somehow it is.
Maybe this sudden chill in the air has brought this on. But I sure do love these bright, clear days!! It sure hasn’t interfered with my daily walks except for Tuesday. That day I hunkered down, and slept all day , & all night!
I haven’t heard at all about the Apple festivals!!Another loss from covid?
In the past our church, even some work places, took bus loads of us up to the Georgia mountains , with our families. It was great fun.
So sad Covid has screwed that up!!

For alliteration Migraine Monday sounds so much better than screaming headache Tuesday!
Oh well, one good thing the nausea has taken away my appetite , and even labor for my five kids didn’t stop me eating!!😂😂😉🤷🏻♀️
Trying to keep my water up to make sure it’s not dehydration.
Don’t think it is as I have been up 2 hours and have had 80 ounces of water, a powerade zero, and 2 -20 ounce mugs of my coffee.
My pain doc’s said when you have spine problems like mine there only two ways the pain can travel. To your feet and legs , or to your head. Mine always goes to the head.
So even though the electric pacemaker thingy in my back helps with the pain , it’s still there and my spine sends the signal to my brain, and ouch!! With my kidney disease I can only take Tylenol and I have the lowest dose of that I can find. I hate pills!! I rather put a cool washcloth on my forehead. I think it works better!!
