So yesterday suddenly I started to feel like my old self. Took my shower , did 2 loads of wash, washed the floors! Wanted to keep going but my sister said I was exhausting her!!😂😂🤷🏻♀️
Today I got up had my coffee, and my AM pills, and got dressed a milestone for me!!
Seeing my GP today. Getting booster of shingles shot. On the second we will see if I am still throwing clots! If not Covid vaccine I am coming for you!! Finally!! Still not looking at my huge behind!! Since I fell off the scale and hit the tub I am not comfortable weighing without my son near if I wobble!! With his schedule , it’s not as often as I’d like. So I use my doctors scale. They have arms I can hold on to steady myself!
But my light summer shoes are put up, I have my winter hikers that weigh a good 5# alone not counting Holidays!! I am doomed!!😂😂🤦🏻♀️

So I’ve been watching Skin tight. It’s so cathartic.
I am such a mush! I cry when the people tell their stories. I watch my feet are killing me and I cry like a baby for the poor people!!
I don’t know if that’s the desired effect but I watch with the Kleenex right next to me, and I sure don’t think of food!! Have I finally found an appetite suppressant??😂😂😉👍

So now I know eating real sugar daily acts like Russel Stover Sugar Free candy!!🍰🚽🧻💩🤢🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
My son got me a beautiful cake for my birthday that I cut into 36 pieces, and we went from passing food at dinner to passing the Imodium!!
Good gravy!!
And if you imagine I lost so much as an ounce, forget about it!! My poor son , who has IBD, has been almost continuously sick! And he gained 10 pounds!! How on earth is that possible??
Losing weight is truly a crap shoot!!

So had scrambled eggs, with sliced mini peppers , and cheese, topped with hot sauce for lunch, or should I say brunch? I am not a breakfast eater.
My son and sister think I am nuts to add hot sauce to eggs , but to me eggs are just crying out for flavor, and too bland without a little kick the hot sauce brings!
Okay guys. To hot sauce or not!!
Or do you guys go the salsa route which is really cool too!! Let me know!!
