Went grocery shopping today!!
Grocery prices are getting higher. It’s hard to get my protein on a pension. Thank goodness for eggs!! I come up with all different ways to make them!! Soufflé anyone??😂😉
Last month my son got a coupon for Magic Spoon cereal. So that boosts my protein too.
Otherwise it’s catch as catch can in the meat section.
How are prices by you?? Mine are just scary!!😱Have a Terrific Thursday everybody!!

6 month physical today with my GP.
At my multitude of Doc’s I have noticed a rise in my blood pressure. BP is nothing to play with it is a silent killer so I brought this up with my doc. Explaining why I went off BP meds last spring my BP WAS 78/55. Now sometimes it’s 153/90. Me no like!
And my bad cholesterol raised a tad. Even though I do not eat fried foods. I walk daily. God only knows what it would be if I ate fried foods!!
Still capable of throwing clots so they had to put off the covid shot for me again. I hoped this clot thing was better. But I can get the shingles shot!! So I did!! Our poor Pastors wife suffered months with that misery!! Poor soul!!

I keep forgetting to charge the unit in my back.
I go 2 or 3 days without a charge.
I get tied up with doc appt. or blood tests.
I just need to schedule it in!😂😂😉
How’s the rest of the FS Family doing?
The chillier weather makes me hungry.
I don’t need to add a layer of fat to keep me warm!! I have plenty of sweaters!!
