Hi! My name is Brittany and I'm 22 years old! I am married to the man of my dreams and we just had a baby named Logan. He will be 8 months old on June 30th. He is already walking ! ! !
He is the reason I am having to lose weight, because I gained 60 pounds during the pregnancy! I was always very skinny before so its really hard for me to watch what I eat and work out because I have never had to before in my life.
I have been doing great so far. I have lost about 50 pounds already and I would like to lose 20 more to be at my ideal weight. I just wish it wasn't taking so long cuz everyone said the weight would just fall off -- which is a lie!! I actually have to work at it!
I am in college and I am about to graduate with an associates degree and an advanced technical certificate in August '11 ! !
I am so excited to be done with school and hopefully I will be skinny again so I will be really confident when it comes time to get a job.
Also I would like to be able to wear a bathing suit again and take my baby swimming.
My husband and I love motocross and we used to get to ride our dirt bikes all the time, but lately it has been hard to find the time. Some day we will get the chance again though.
Hopefully we will get to move somewhere beautiful where we have never lived before whenever I get a new job.

So why does the website use kcal sometimes? I think it usually says it at the top of my exercise diary. It says like 2000 or so "kcal"..... so what exactly does that mean?

I need support!!!
You can do it! After i had my baby I was under the impression that the baby weight would just "fall off" well that was a huge joke! nothing fell off until I started working out and eating right! So I encourage you to get on some sort of schedule where you can work out for at least 15 min a day, a few times a week and then you can go from there. and also keep track of what you eat here on this website. Good luck!!!
