I'm 44 years old - recently married - with a wonderful husband who loves to cook (a good thing, since I don't enjoy it nearly as much as he does)!
We eat a gluten free diet, as he's highly allergic, so I stick with that, for the most part. His meals are very healthy, but the portion sizes are large, so that's one of my hurdles, is cutting back on the servings he provides. What I have found with gluten free products - particularly the breads, which we will eat on occasion - is that they are much higher in calories than traditional items. Another challenge.
I work at a TV station, enjoy reading, looking at houses ( I'm a wanna-be realtor), spending time with friends, and cuddling up with our dog and cat.
