I've followed an Atkins diet pretty strictly for many years. So much so that friends always comment when they see me eat a piece of bread, pasta or dessert. My difficulty is those 3-4 pounds that keep coming back! I'm pretty active, play a lot of tennis and my metabolism is way too efficient! Thought it would help to start recording everything I ate, like I did for a few months years ago, and add friends as buddies to keep each other on track.
