Well, I started on the fat flush plan, but have adapted it for my lifestyle. I definitely eat more veggies and fruits than I used to and have included more fiber in my diet. I am excited to be back journaling and weighing in.

Well, I lost 7 pounds this week, which equals a pound per day. I think I can lose more if I included more aerobics in workout and if I exercised more. That is my goal for Week 3: At least 3 aerobic workouts and 3 weight training and moderate exercises.

I think a lot of the weight is due to completely taking out all soda products in my life. I wasn't a heavy drinker, but I would usually drink some a day. Of course, the fat flush has also helped and I have enough energy to exercise regularly. I was doing it once per week, but now I'm exercising 3 times a week. I definitely trying to push myself to the limit and beyond. I have a workout buddy who has helped a lot. Moral support is very important!
