Low calories but lots of satisfaction?
fiber is typically a food source that makes you feel full while producing lower amounts of calories. so id look around for high fiber foods.

Buddies in the OMAHA area
I was looking for someone in the omaha or surrounding area as a workout/challange partner. Im fairly active, love a good workout and want to start doing triathlons. I kinda want someone who i can talk to about a workout, motivate each other on those days we dont want to do anything and possibly do some training together. if youre interested please let me know. to give you a brief description about what im looking for, i usually run 5 days a week, play soccer 3 days a week, and looking to start swimming (i was a successful swimmer in HS 10 years ago) Looking for any level participant. the larger the group, the merrier. im looking foward to meeting some people...Train on!!
