I keep several 20 oz. water bottles on the door of my fridge. As I consume them I don't refill. That way I can track my consumption. Then fill them all up at the end of the day.

I just didn't feel like or have time to cook today, so I nuked some petite brussels sprouts for dinner and called it a day. I guess I was too busy geeking out on the computer, watching shows I DVR'ed from last night, etc.
Because of IF, I like to get my eating done by 5:00 or 6:00 so I can have breakfast by 9:00 or 10:00 the next day. Plus, Charlie is bugging me for his evening walk!

This little fella is most likely going to be adopted by my downstairs neighbor. He is a senior terrier mix, 9 years old and weighs 12.5 pounds. He will have a built in best friend with Charlie (and me).
Update: Not happening. 🙁 She has her hands pretty full with her grandchildren.
