The Scale!
i think that if you are seeing results in yourself that's great, but you really do need a scale in my opinion. weight yourself once a week just to measure your success. when it shows that you have lost, it is a great feeling and it motivates you to keep moving forward! if it shows that you have gained a few, it will motivate you even more! good luck! Surprised)
