I'm a bit overweight. Not a whole lot but enough to usually be tired when I know I shouldn't be but time is so hard to find! I am a single mother, a 3/4 time college student, I work part time, and I do ministry with an organization at my school and I do ministry with my church.... I am always doing something, so time for excercise does not really come.
If anyone has any suggestions I am will to take them. If you look at my schedule and see that it says I gained weight, this isn't true, I just didn't wanna buy a scale so I finally did and well...not happy, but any way I guess what ever you want to know you can ask.
