glad to see weight back down to 196 actually 195 so yay! now for more. next target 193!!

I'm shocked to see I'm still at the same weight! I know I gained some weight in the middle perhaps I have already begun to work it off now the challenge is to get back down to where I was 2 weeks ago and then move forwards. Lets go!

today has been so hard and so difficult. two days in a road where i am struggling to stick to calories, where work is in the way of working out, where i am so tired i am hitting bed as early as i can and still struggling to not feel tired all the following day. HELP!!!! *sigh* lets get this week over
