87.7 on biggest loser scales . What an epic day! I have way over eaten.. perhaps (ha ha ha) downside to having to taste foods from kids is how do you track 20 forksfull of food? I did it as a meals worth but was starving this evening so who knows. I do know its been too unsteady too worn out and no exercise. I will get up tomorrow and make it a better day. Exercise and staying on target!

Hooray presleep weigh in @ 87.3! Closer n closer to next target. 3 days on food plan, hit the sweet stuff hard today high fats n sugars but at least calories on target. Tomorrow ease back to soups n stuff. Well done me for progress!

Good progress, cant believe I am back down to wight pre christmas after just 2 days of following my food plan. Just goes to show i suppose. Gotta keep it going now.

still to go: 63.7 lb

Well, missed some weigh in's due to the holiday but have been self monitoring. gained some weight as i was ill for a week and had a week to recover thus no exercise for 2. Also xmas foods didn't help.

But its a new year and aside from injury/ the flu I feel good about my weight (back down to pre xmas) and now want to keep moving forward and reach my next goal of 189 ideally by mid january.

Weigh-in: 193.7 lb

lost so far: 11.3 lb

still to go: 63.7 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Well at the moment hovering between 192-193 day to day. This is great progress overall so happy. Can't remember what I wore at last weigh in so may need to adjust up as today only sleepware. Have to try take it easy back to food/ work/ exercise dependant on health.
