Late lunch and no breakfast, my husband had a doctor's appointment today. Tuna salad and veggies on a bun, cucumber slices, salad, pickled beets, leftover tuna salad, and some chips (not pictured). 485 calories. No binging today, no sir! I was sick all morning to my stomach! Even though it was not a huge binge (2300 daily total) I was so sick! My body just cannot handle eating like that anymore, and to think that used to be my normal, if not more! I was addicted to carbs and mayo, no joke. I would eat mayo on bread with chips and adore it. I did that yesterday and felt like total garbage half the night and all morning! Loading up on veggies today! No mayo in my tuna salad either! I used to use almost half a cup per can when I made tuna salad, somedays I believe more! Today I used fat-free 1000 island dressing and I loved it. 35 calories compared to about 400-500 from mayo I used to use! Amazing what you look back on and realize!
