Once again not my real weight. The scale and Walgreens is getting upgraded. Adding some kind of eye exam for free also, which will be nice for anyone needing it. I guess I'll have to wait another week and update my weight from my OBGYN appointment coming up next week. I guess I can wait another week, I just get anxious and worry I'm gaining lol.

I just have not felt like cooking much. So turkey and cheese sandwich on a bun, salad, roasted broccoli, green onions, beets, and cheese curls for supper. I guess I kinda cooked if you count the roasted broccoli lol. 512 calories. Today's total is 1270 calories. I'm happy with that number.

Non-scale victory moment for me today. No, it was not weight related but food-related. DH and I were out shopping and he got hungry. I had lunch a couple of hours before but was feeling peckish. My husband wanted McDonald's and asked me what I wanted from there...Oh boy. I have not eaten out or had any type of fast food in over 2 months. The last time I ate out was Subway. I said nothing, I went to the grocery store across from McDonald's and found some fresh mixed berries with a fork provided, already weighed out. I also bought me a diet Snapple. Altogether my calories were 99. My husband was able to enjoy his burger, he rarely eats out either, and I was able to avoid the fast food and had some berries instead. This is a non-scale victory for me because normally I would have had 2 burgers and some fries. I came home a couple of hours later and had some cucumber slices, 2 slices of smoked turkey, and 1/4 cup cottage cheese. This was 133 calories in total. I feel like I achieved or reach a stepping stone on my path to become a healthier person. Even if the scale don't move this week, I'll be happy with this NSV!

World's easiest supper tonight. Turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Cucumber slices, picked beets, and coleslaw (not pictured).
