This is not actually my weight, the scale is broken :/ I have one coming in the mail this week tho. So I mainly just recorded this so I will not mess up my weekly average chart.

Where to begin? My urine problems are back! Only peeing 2 tablespoons - 1/4 cup of urine when I go about 8 times during the day. At night I wake and pee more, about 2 cups per time. Went to er and blood and urine work came back fine. Said it could be bladder spasms or a kidney stone though none showed up. Calling my urologist Monday to schedule a appointment. Other than that I've been sticking to my diet. Prayers this heals soon whatever it is.

Breakfast this morning is bacon, eggs, and toast with raspberry preserves. 350 calories. I hope everyone has a wonderfully blessed day!

Lunch was gluten free pizza, salad, and chips. 475 calories.

No meat lunch today. Felt like I've been eating too much meat. Homemade lentil stew, with a simple side salad, and multi-seed crisps. 375 calories.
