Well, I messed up today. I binged. It all started when a friend brought up a particular subject. I have PTSD surrounding that subject. This leads to having a flashback, panic attack, and of course eating. I have not binged in so long I don't know how to feel about it. I only consumed about 2300 calories today, so it was not a horrible omg I ate 5000 calories binge. I wanna hate myself for it, but then again I know I should not. I'm just gonna pick myself up, dust myself off, and try for a better day tomorrow. Mental disorders suck.

Good way to think! Best to move on and as you say it wasn't that bad. The scale wouldn't show a gain if you had one!

Hey, it happens! I’m sure 2300 cal is still within your FS RDI So you should not see a gain at all!!! Today is a better day so we all just have to move forward! 😃

We all lose it and go off the reservation once in awhile. It matters not why. Nor does it matter that it happened. Only one thing matters. We go back to the reservation, climb up on our horse and proceed to follow through and count coup on our enemy, the ugly weight monster. Eventually, we will win. It is in the clouds.
