Late lunch and no breakfast, my husband had a doctor's appointment today. Tuna salad and veggies on a bun, cucumber slices, salad, pickled beets, leftover tuna salad, and some chips (not pictured). 485 calories. No binging today, no sir! I was sick all morning to my stomach! Even though it was not a huge binge (2300 daily total) I was so sick! My body just cannot handle eating like that anymore, and to think that used to be my normal, if not more! I was addicted to carbs and mayo, no joke. I would eat mayo on bread with chips and adore it. I did that yesterday and felt like total garbage half the night and all morning! Loading up on veggies today! No mayo in my tuna salad either! I used to use almost half a cup per can when I made tuna salad, somedays I believe more! Today I used fat-free 1000 island dressing and I loved it. 35 calories compared to about 400-500 from mayo I used to use! Amazing what you look back on and realize!

Thanks. Been doing better since the binge. Keeping calories between 1200-1500.

I do 1500-1600, don't go too low, your body can go into starvation more and and resist losing.

That crappy feeling is sometimes what we need to move forward. Love your changes.

My doctor has me on a 1200 calorie diet so I try to stay as close I can to it.
