Tip for Counting /Tracking VEGGIE Carbs
when your on your on your diet calender (where you enter your food) there is a spot by your pic. at the top that says add multiple items. There you can change amounts and when you ate it. (ie. breakfast snack lunck dinner) You also can click the little boxes to add more than one food at a time...it took me a couple frustrated days to figure out it was there. Smile
