I didn't do very well this weekend, and gained back some of the weight I lost. But now it's back to the work week, and back to the diet!

Yeah, another pound! I actually got some excercise in yesterday. 15 min on the elliptical and then a long walk with my boyfriend at his pace, which is fairly fast for me considering he's 6'4 and I'm 5'1. If he walks very fast, I have to jog to keep up with him! I almost cheated for lunch today, but talked myself out of it at the last second and got a salad and diet coke. Yeah for me! Tonight is going to be another temptation- i'm going out to dinner at Chili's. I just have to keep thinking about that pound I lost today and how I want to not only keep it off, but lose more!

Jessika was right, that was the easiest pound I ever lost! I'm back down to just below where I was before. Now, I'm looking forward to those 140's! Just 3 lbs to go to hit that mark!I followed the diet really well yesterday, and am planning on it tomorrow. Hey, anyone know if it's ok to drink unsweetened ice tea? I hope so, I've been drinking it almost every day!

Well, I got up extra early this morning to get some homework done, and when I weighed myself, it looks like I added a pound. I followed the diet perfectly yesterday! :( Well, I'll do good today, and maybe try to get some excercise in, and see if that will help at all. (I refuse to record a weight gain!)

I cheated again last night! I didn't have much of a choice, it was either that or to not eat anything for dinner! I go to a weekly bible study and everyone in our group takes turn hosting it and making dinner. She didn't make a single thing last night that was on the diet. So, I went ahead and cheated, but I'm going to have to be extra good now, since that's twice this week. I stepped on the scale this morning, and I only gained 0.2 lbs back, so hopefully I can get that off today and then keep going!
