Did really good today! And starting to see it on the scale- now that i've got a working scale, that is.

Ok, not so good today. Met with the family for lunch and had a chicken sandwich and fries at Wendys. Not exactly diet food, but it tasted really good. I'll be good tonight. I'm a little frustrated because I haven't really lost any weight (the chart is decieving) even though I have averaged 1000 calories or less a day. I've really been doing pretty good on the diet.

Ok, so I did really good today. I cheated a little bit with yogurt (not the carb smart kind), but I didn't have much choice for breakfast (it was a breakfast at work). All in all, I'm really proud of myself. I'm still sick, but I am starting to get better now. Oh yeah, and I found out my scale is way off (of course it said I weighed less than I really do), so I'm using my other one, and I'll just wait to record a new weight when I catch up.
