I'm starting week 3 of the diet break. It's been a bit stressful trying to maintain vs. losing weight, actually. I'm glad to know that my RMR seems to be unaffected by 12 weeks of a caloric deficit diet, so that's good!

PRO-TIP: If you are going to IHOP and decide on the omelet, be sure to have it made with fresh eggs. The usual omelet mixture has added pancake batter. It adds over 300 calories, and around 16 g of carbs.
