So yesterday another Monday rolled round, a new week to start fresh as I had been very naughty over the weekend with food and not exercising much. Both days on the weekend Tim and I took my dog Mia to the oval and played badmitton and ran around with her. This was a fun was to get a bit of exercise in my day. I worked Saturday afternoon at the bottleshop and lifting many cases of alcohol seems to be helping with muscle tone and strength in my arms though sometimes hurting my back.
Yesterday I was ready to get back on track and fix my wrong doing over the weekend. I have started keeping a food and exercise diary..
Monday 25th November 2008:
7am - sml skim latte.
8:30am - honey + nut bar.
10am - 2 slices burgen soy-lin bread toasted with 1/2 a snap of phillidelphia spread, sliced tomato and s+p. A glass of orange juice and a multivitamen.
1pm - half a bowl of pad thai. 1/4 cup dry roasted almonds and an apple.
4pm - a banana.
6pm - 2 sausages with onion gravy, a medium boiled potato, peas, corn, carrott and beans.
6:30pm - walk - from my house to an up lone pine hill.
7:30pm - walk - down lone pine hill to my house.
8:30pm - diet chocolate mouse.
This morning I am feeling pretty good.. I am eating healthy again today and am going to do a class at the gym this afternoon.
We shall see how the day pans out!

Well I’m finally getting back into exercising daily after about 5 months off over winter due to many personal reasons. I put on 6 kgs over this time and am very disappointed in myself
So now its time to get back on track with my diet and exercise! The past few days I’ve been going well. Since I got back from Queensland last week I have been exercising everyday and eating reasonably healthy. I’ve cut out soft drink and alcohol of my diet now.
I’ve lost 1kg in this first week so 7 to go until I reach my goal weight of 54kg. I would like to reach this goal before New Years Eve which is 9 weeks. I have a lot of hard work ahead of me, but I’m at the stage now where I’m really enjoying exercise again and my body feels much better eating healthy.
