Ok, so it's Sunday and yesterday was a pretty lazy day. I have no excuses for not working out other than I totally took advantage of a quiet house. Was that wrong? I feel guilty for not doing very much but at the same time I'm glad I just kind of chilled out. Today I plan on going to the gym for at least an hour. Once the boys are done with hockey during the week, I can definitely step up the workouts. My goal for this week is to make it to the gym four times and to lose 3+ pounds. Pretty sure I can do it, pretty sure I have to do it, I'm not Getty any younger that is for sure!!!
