Well it's the end of the first day and today was good. Stayed within my point limit, drank lots of water, therefore used the bathroom a lot. Haven't made it to the gym yet, but tomorrow after work that is my plan, and I'm going to sign up for the weight loss challenge at the YMCA. I need to stay strong and get back into my cute summer clothes:) see you tomorrow!

Well today is the day that I start almost over. I am going with the current biggest loser theme, no more excuses!!!!! Almost six years ago I started eating rught and over a coarse of about a year I lost nearly 80 pounds, now I have gained back all but about 10 pounds. I am very disappointed in myself and now I need to take back control of my life, my diet and my happiness, it's time to make me a priority!!!!
My goal is to lose 15 pounds by my birthday in one month! Seems like a lot to lose in one month but I know if I put my mind to it, I can do it. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!

I HAD A TERRIBLE WEEKEND, EATING AND LITTLE EXERCISE, BUT TODAY THE CHALLENGE STARTS, I THINK I'M GOING TO FIND A FAT PICTURE AND PUT IT IN THE KITCHEN TO REMIND ME TO STICK WITH IT.

SO FAR SO GOOD. I HAVE BEEN MORE CONSCIENSCOUS ABOUT WHAT I AM PUTTING IN MY MOUTH. TRYING TO INCLUDE MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES. THE TOUGH PART FOR ME RIGHT NOW IS NOT BEING ABLE TO WORK OUT DUE TO MY SURGERY I CAN'T START TRULY WORKING OUT UNTIL OCTOBER 27TH. BUT I AM GOING TO CONTINUE WALKING AND DOING AS MUCH AS I CAN TOLERATE.
