Well today I start two challenges. One at the gym, biggest loser type of thing and the 5k challenge on this website. I went and weighed in and used my app that I found on the app store to get started on training for a 5k. Did very well! These will both help me achieve my goals!

Today I am going to the gym come he'll or high water!,, and signing up for the weight loss challenge at the Y. I need to stick to the plan of no more excuses one hour out of my day will help me feel better!! Wish me luck!

Today was ok did well until this evening, had an extra snack. Counted toward flex points. Tomorrow will get my workout in.
