Ok, so I increased my calories to 1500 per day. Today I ate quite a bit more food than usual and I also ate many more carbs than usual. It's now 7:30pm and I must say I am feeling pretty sluggish, bloated and kind of lazy. I realized that I feel much better if I keep the carbs down, the dough from the pizza(haven't had pizza in probably a year) was just too much!!! Good to know!

On the advise of a FS buddy...i'm add extra calories to my daily intack. I usually try to eat around 1000...now i'm uping it to 1500...hope it goes okay...still want to loose 10lbs.

so frustrated w/myself. I eat all the right foods at each meal, then if I spot something bad like chocaltes or pastry, I grab one and devour it totally screwing up my hard work of planning healthy meals & snacks...ugh
