It seems that I gain an average of 1 lb. right after a hard work out. It must have something to do with the inflammation of my muscles, because usually that weight goes away as soon as I'm not sore anymore.

I'm just getting started to keep track of my weight loss and be aware of how I usually eat. I just started exercising more regularly (3 times per week), so I want to see what that does, and be able too determine what changes I should be making in my diet to help get me to a healthier state.
