You know when you see something and you go... wow, this is going to be a long journey. That's what I feel like when I look at the scale. Ultimately I guess I need to look at it as a day by day thing!
One hint *Never take a laxative in the night and then try to go running the next morning*
I found that out this morning the hard way. I don't use laxatives often, just occasionally. Then this mornings run pretty much turned into a walk. However it was so gorgeous outside!!!
After my walk/run this morning it is coffee and fruit with yogurt!!! Yummy!

How effing disgusting!!! My sisters cat is at my parents house and she got out of the yard into a house a few doors down and this shot her cat with a bow and arrow!!! DISGUSTING!!! What human being would do such a thing! My mom pressed charges and he got misdemeanor charges, if he killed her then it would have been a felony. The creep also has to pay for all of the vet bills! This is so disgusting that I want to write about it but I don't all the same!

Welcome to my journal!
New beginnings are always great. But, that's not the hard part. Sticking to them is the hard part. That's where this journal comes in play. It will give me a place to express my thoughts regarding food and even daily life.
I am 137 and my goal is to get to 102 (I'm short at 5'2" and small framed - feel free to add me as a friend if you have similar goals). 35 pounds to go.
My short term goal (without thinking about weight) is to have 1200 calories a day for 30 days starting tomorrow and to get off my rear and workout in some form for half an hour a day.
