71 days to reunion! Spent the day with my younger child who is moving at the end of April. Child is moving in with my mother and brother so that will be an adventure!
Ate well, even though I got the take out dinner. I only ate half and measured so it was over for the day but still pretty close.
Made bread pudding for meal prep to get rid of the bread and have something treat-like but also filling. I love bread pudding. I used my homemade bread so it's less chemicals than some breads.
Keeping busy - I am volunteering two shifts a week, I think it will be ok. It's about 3 hours out of my house each shift. Went to a dance last night, probably will go to another tomorrow and then out to dinner with friends on Friday, celebrating our friend's successfully completing a PhD program. Amazing!

74 days to reunion. Trying to be active towards food prep but feeling down. It's Easter and that triggers lots of memories both good and bad.
The bridal shower was very sweet yesterday. Nice brunch and some cake. I tast d the mimosas but I don't really drink orange juice so had coffee instead.
The rain and wind was bad last night but I went out to dance anyway. Got there late but it was uplifting. I needed it, still struggling with losing the relationship I wish I had.

75 days
Weigh in today, it's official. The trend is downward. Slow but hopefully motivating.
I went to the gym yesterday to get the feel for it. Friday night was quiet there, and the person at the front desk helped me get my app reorganized. I asked some questions and feel a little better, might get going on the classes or what not next week.
Got some ideas about food, and I think that the 4-day prep plan worked well last time. Have to figure some days are just going to be stressful and eat what I need to keep on track.

77 days to reunion! Lots going on, working on getting my food together to make it through the weekend.

80 days to reunion. Listening to a podcast from an alumnus I worked with one summer although I am not sure he'll be at the reunion.
Meal prep fell apart through the weekend to today but I am cooking now and planning ahead so back at it.
Daughter will come for lunch tomorrow so I am making fish and things so we can eat with the birds at my house.
