Ok, so the scale said 146.8 or was it 148.6... Either way it is right around the corner and I am in the home stretch! My feet feel great, haven't had any pain and am now wearing sandals again, missed those! I have been running outside, only because I didn't have access to a gym but tried pushing myself by doing interval training up and down some pretty steep hills on bull creek preserve in Austin Texas. Beautiful place, and with the heat up around 100 degrees it is easy to sweat the weight off! Going home today...need to hit the gym every day and twice when I have the weekend. Spoke to my daughter and running together might be an option....at least to get her ready for band camp.

not eating alot but excersicing multiple times daily and loving how I feel. Havent eaten cheese in forever, no meat either and that is really the best part. Ran outside for the first time in years this a.m. in Texas! hot sweaty but great!

I had a rough weekend. It's not that I ate a lot but that the food available wasn't what I have decided to eat. A sewing party and deserts even with splenda lent themselves to being eaten. Sloppy joes even if on whole wheat bread..... Then a bought of feeling sorry for myself over a divorce that was over five Yeats ago... And 6 light beers later. So it's time to hit the beginning ropes and weigh in, excessive and do the right things today and this week.

Fell off the wagon today a bit.
Breakfast good, 400 calories, whole wheat cereal, fat free milk and black coffee
Lunch hydroycut liquid drink mix and a Luna chocolate raspberry bar
Lunch three amber beers and part of nachos pita style with cheese....bad
Dinner another hydroxycut drink mix, small 4oz of steak, sweet potatoes, asparagus
Basically over 2500 calories just a guess... No time for exercise and the steak makes me feel like getting I'll....haven't had a beer in 9 weeks and steak...we'll not good.
