Since the Calorie Calculator is very inaccurate (doesn't take metabolism into consideration) I'm going to start off with eating 2000 calories every day for a week, and keep increasing my calorie intake by 200 every week and monitor my progress to see how many calories I need to build muscle.

I've been delaying MMA training recently because I have a 12 minute run for school on Thursday and friday. Now that I haven't done cardio in like a week, I feel like a sack of shit, and my abs agree as well. Once I'm done with the 12 minute run, I can go hardcore again. I may gain weight easily, but I can lose weight easily as well. I love being young!
