Going up to 2100 calories a day. Getting pretty ripped already, starting to see some seperation in my biceps and triceps. I might start uploading some progress pictures soon.

Messed up on the protein a little today, only got 160g instead of 200, but still ended up getting 2000 calories so I guess that's all that matters at the end of the day.

I'm really proud of myself today. Hit my protein carbs and fat perfectly as well as my calories. I'll be using today's meal plan as a template from now on.
