Keto stick was mauve/moderate today. Too busy at work to do much regarding food. Tonight is carne asada salad...yum! That should kick things up a bit. We have the DVD player set up so I have no excuses for that appointment with Leslie Sansone. Taking all my vitamins, but I think I need to lay off the B's. With those and the Monster, I did not sleep much last night. Must dig out the measuring tape since I refuse to get on the scale....

3 weeks on Atkins 72 with 2 cheats. Not getting on the scale yet. Weight is a guestimate. Going off a pair of jeans and the way they fit for now. Getting ready to plug in the DVD player and dust off the Leslie Sansone videos and my weights. This food journaling is another step in the right direction.
