I finally got on the scale which is a big deal. Now I know. Was getting frustrated with the jeans and measurements. Nothing changed. Not one inch! I do need to exercise. Not sure why I'm stalling there because I know better.

Ketosis is small/moderate. Good considering last night was "Party Night". I tried to play it smart and eat a big lunch and bring Atkins snacks with me. I had to make dip so tasting along the way was required (smile). Avacados are Atkins friendly so I decided that guacamole would be on the menu. The Dirty Martini's with blue cheese stuffed olives were amazing! Kept my snacks close by while others munched on pizza all night. Boy did I laugh alot. I think I did OK all things considered. Someone even asked me if I was losing weight. Go me!!!

Ketosis is still small/moderate today even though I had a mad freak-out last night and ate too many servings of jello and whipped cream! It must have been seeing the finale of Top Chef and watching MasterChef back to back that did it. Yikes! What a crazy journey this is!!! Gotta keep a sense of humor about it though. I did my measurments last night too and almost passed out from the numbers. Buy hey, now I have a starting point right? The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step!!! "Peace Out"

Big drop in Ketosis. After reviewing food diary, it would appear the Atkins frankenfood (bar) is probably the culprit. Yes, we've all heard that the stuff can cause a stall and now I'm living PROOF that it does - LOL. Will make the adjustment and continue marching on diligently!!

Ketosis is somewhere between moderate/large today. Exhausted this morning. Less than 4 hours sleep. Must lay off the Monster LowCarbs and B-vitamin combos. Body feels "slimmer" inside. Terrible "Wookie breath". Kicking up the liquids should help some.
