In the last year I lost around 40 lbs on Weight Watchers. I was getting bored with counting points and wasn't happy that some of my food choices still included processed foods. A couple of people mentioned the South Beach Diet, so I just started it to see if I can make a lifestyle change and lose the rest and keep it off forever.
