Going to cross country, but im freezing cold right now. Its 80 outside. My brothers bday is also tomorrow and sincw hes 18 its a huge one. So im going to have to be super careful with my intake and perhaps just avoid food like the plague. I hate birthdays. Thank you intolerances.

I know I went over my 1000 calorie maximum, but I was just so happy today. Cross country meets are the best and I was just so content with life. I'll get back to it tomorrow though. After running three miles my body deserved that extra 300 calories. I mean, I do it every day for practice, but meets are just different.
I'm just so thankful for my supportive friends. God to.

Doing cross country sport. I forgot how painfully fun it is. Love it, but sore as heck. Making lots of friendly acquaintances to. People to push me is amazing.
