Can I get flat abs through a diet, running, and a variation of planks?
Planks are one of the best things to do. Especially if running. Pushups will also work certain areas of the abs alongee with upper body. The planks build your core strength, and you need upper body muscle to run. I know it sounds weird, but its true. When doing cross country one of the biggest things the coach worked with us on was our abs and upper body. The upper body gets tired just as well as the lower when you run. You can also always do boats when your belly piercing calms down. It builds even more side muscle.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?

And people wonder why i have trust issues with weighing myself. Lol. This makes so much sense though. I think i can stop weighing myself every couple hours. You have saved my sanity
