Binge Eating
Idk if this helps, and it might be hard to do, but before you eat ask yourself, "Am I hungry or just bored?" Perhaps the reason you binge is because of boredom.

I am in uni and stay out for long hours...how do I manage eating?
Eat just the right amount you feel is necessary to nourish your body. Don't starve yourself and don't binge either. I have the same problem too. I am a monster when I don't eat.
