Low fat diet and depression/anxiety
I'm on the same type of plan. Are you eating 5-6 small meals a day? I base all of my meals around vegetables with 3oz protein for at least 3 of my meals. Are you taking a multivitamin each day? Or an amino vitamin? Some days I do feel hungry at bedtime but once I wake up I'm ready for a fresh new day. If you feel hungry you should eat some grapes, nuts or a baked snack. Air popped popcorn is a good snack. Pair it with spray butter (zero cal, fat, carb) and a sprinkle of popcorn seasoning (low sodium, fat free and delicious).
Just make sure the Carbs you are eating are the right kind (fruits, nuts & veggies). I hope this helps.

low carb weight watchers
Hey, Snoopy! Can you tell me how your low carb WW is going? I too am going to try the same thing and would like to know if the results are better than just WW alone. Thanks so much!

Can anyone offer help with the WW diet?
I started WW on Sunday with complete excitement; however, that excitement is now dying down. I always do this when I try to lose weight. I go into it full speed ahead and then slow down a few weeks (or days in this case) later.
I know WW is all about training yourself to eat better and to get rid of all the old, unhealthy ideas of food you've had, but I'm finding it difficult to create recipes I like that aren't almost complete replicas of each other. One major downfall is, I have to watch my sodium intake and unfortunately WW doesn't record that, so I find myself logging two different things. It gets a little frustrating.
I have a list of all the basic "feebies" points but then that leaves me at the end of the day with around 25-28 points where as I need 33. I know all of this will eventually get easier the more I get used to it but I would love some feedback from others who are on the diet or have been on it before. I have quite a bit of weight to lose (roughly 80lbs) so I'll be here a while.
Thank you for any and all help you can give me.

Looking for someone who I can chat with about my food and food relationships
I am on WW and could definitely use an everyday buddy/support system.
