Hello ALL, I am here because I saw a picture of myself at 240lbs and I didn't like it!
I saved the pic on my phone to inspire me to work out and lose weight! As of Jan 2012 I started at 240lbs., and today (Dec 4,2012) I weigh 212lbs. Cycling, weight training and Diet had alot to do with my weight loss success!!! Loving all the compliments and questions from friends! Notice it didn't happen overnight! A Little at a time goes a long way. Keeping it simple, burning more calories than I take in. With Gods' help I plan on losing more fat and keeping it off for good! -Dec 20, 2013 I weigh 212lbs.
