Hello there,
I am a 30 year old mother of 2 children, an almost 3 year old and a 1 year old. I have been heavy my entire life, with brief points of thinness after following various diets, falling off the wagon and gaining the weight, plus more back. I haven't lost my baby weight from either of the kids, and I was heavy to begin with. I will be going back to work in 3 weeks and am determined to start living healthier for myself and my kids, and my husband. I figure if I start now, I will be into a bit of a routine for when I go back to work and have much less time on my hands.
I have about 50 pounds to loose, and I want to loose it and keep it off for a change!!
