After struggling with health problems, being in and out of the hospital since 1993, I have found comfort in food. I simply love food. However, I don't find myself eating a lot in portions but I think it is simply what I'm eating that is putting the weight on me. 235lbs has been my heaviest. Since November 2010, I have lost appx 15lbs. Using the HCG diet I have found I feel better, I eat better, I have more energy than I have in years but I must say, this is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life.

On a lighter note, I am the mother of 2 children, youngest being 17 and I have 1 beautiful granddaughter that has stolen my heart from the moment she was born. I want to be around for awhile to enjoy her, my children & my husband for a very long time. I'm working on eating to live, not living to eat. God gives me strength!
